People Love Dead Jews by Dara Horn
On the one hand, it's strange it took me this long to get to this book: People have been recommending it to me since it came out two years ago. On the other hand, even though it's a great book and a reading experience I found very satisfying, I got very little out of it. Nearly everything in the book is something I've addressed on this journal, often multiple times. I didn't learn anything from reading it, I didn't deepen my understanding of the world, I just spend the whole book vibing with its beautifully endless waves of angry energy. It was comforting junk food for the Jewish soul.

Date: 2022-10-04 12:17 am (UTC)EDIT: googled and found a review and it says the book talks about Anne Frank, so, wow, me going off on a rant to $relative about how I had to block the words Anne Frank because of the way goyim talk about her actually was on topic. That's nice to know.
