Thanks for reading my AO3 Days of Awesome fic, btw. I keep forgetting you're on there, even though I think you're how I found it. :-P I think we're just in such different fandoms that I never run across you.

:) As I think we discussed, I'm extremely mistrustful of XMFC fic involving Erik, and don't read it unless it's recommended by one of the limited number of people I can trust to appreciate my sensitivity on the subject. So I wouldn't have read it unless kass had recced but, but I did enjoy it, and you did a very good job of handling the subjects I'm sensitive about.

I still want to write a Days of Awesome fic this year, most likely about Don Eppes from NUMB3RS since that's the main Jewish character I'm being fannish about at the moment, but not sure if I will get to it because of other fic deadlines. I'm really glad you participated in Days of Awesome this year.

*nods* Right, we've discussed. FYI I put "Repentance" in the same series as the other Erik/Charles XMFC fic I wrote since they're compatible with each other (but obvs each can stand alone), so don't accidentally read through to it w/o kass's say so. Come to think of it, this one's probably more Last Stand fic than XMFC fic, but it does reference that. *shrug* I still don't get this AO3 tagging thing entirely. Whatevs.

Even if you don't get to the Don fic, I hope you write it sometime, as it's one of your few fandoms where I know the source, and I don't usually read fic where I know nothing about the source. It was fun to have this little plotbunny appear in my head and work its way through to the end - recently I get around 3 ideas for every 1 that turns into a finished story. I don't even know where half of this one came from.
