I've spent good portions of the past three days in bed because my back decided it wasn't happy with me... I think maybe my bike needs some readjustment, or I at least need to pay more attention to posture while riding. Probably also my work-from-home chair needs an upgrade. Also I am OLD now. Thankfully after taking off work yesterday to lie in bed, my back feels a lot better right now.



Oh, here is a thing I want to mention. I co-solved Puzzled Pint with my usual teammates and a crossword with metamorphage last week over Discord and it was really fun. And I have lots of open nights now and a crossword or puzzle of that ilk rarely takes more than fifteen or twenty minutes, and I know where to find lots of puzzles I haven't solved so... if you ever want to kill fifteen minutes, poke me about co-solving a puzzle, crossword or otherwise. If you have more time than that, maybe we could try a cryptic, I want to get better at cryptics.

I would definitely enjoy some collaborative crossword solving over Discord. I'm moderately good at British cryptics and moderately bad at American-style straights where the grid has hardly any blanks, so maybe we have complimentary strengths? Between timezones and Shabbat it may be hard to find a compatible 15 minutes, but... maybe just after you finish work, which is last thing in the evening for me.

Sympathy on the random back unhappiness, I'm glad it's better now.

Hmm, yeah. I'm usually off work at 5:30 Eastern, which I guess is 10:30pm for you. If that works we could try tonight or tomorrow night. I guess we could also try for my Sunday morning?
