I enjoyed that. I watched it and then read your commentary. I liked the way the song starts with a solemn call and I get a sense of a Very Serious Art Film - and then the beat starts and the sense of Very Serious Art Film has layered on top of it an immense energy. That first sense didn't go away, and I liked how it set me up to keep those two influences of 'serious, rich, complicated' and 'alive, alive, alive' in mind throughout.

Which is the character whose face you often focus on when she's still - Michelle or Naomi?

I had a little trouble with the very fast cuts around the one minute mark.
