The VidUKon fanvidding convention is next weekend. Today is the last day to sign up if you want physical swag (con DVD, program, etc) mailed to you. It's also the last day to sign up if you want to participate in the group vidding exercise, which last year was fantastic fun.
You can find info here:
vidukon_cardiff.
Also, if you're not UK based, their con software has time zone shifting stuff so you can watch vidshows in your own time zone if you want.
I will be premiering a vid in the premieres show, VJing a terrible, terrible vidshow, and another couple of my vids will also be in other shows.

Date: 2021-06-05 11:16 pm (UTC)This has me wondering, what-all does this entail? When I run the AMV dance at AnimeNEXT, I'm using Vmix to pick my in points and cut/crossfade between videos, but it's nothing like the video setup at the main-line dance party where there's all sorts of crazy effects presumably cued in real time. I guess I haven't been to enough events to really know what one needs to do to be termed a "VJ".
