seekingferretI have not seen this movie, because I have never seen anything Who-related and as a matter of personal safety I will never allow myself to. But it is a great vid anyway, to the Klezmatics, and a Jew dances!
"Gonna Get Through This World" bypurplefringe, I gather, is about Verity Lambert and Waris Hussein, the co-creators of Doctor Who, using the movie "An Adventure Through Space and Time". As I understand it, the vid is about the liminality of what 'this world' means in the context of the show. It's about both our world, as in the base struggles of making television and being a woman or a person of color in that world, and it's also about dreaming of a better world, a world of magic and hope and adventure. It makes you feel both of those worlds so deeply.
