I have so much to say about the making of this vid and my feelings about all the characters and fandoms in it that it's honestly a little paralyzing. I've written thousands of words of reveal notes and I still have thousands of words to go, but here is the vid! I worked on this vid from October to May and I poured all my heart and all my soul and all my might into this vid. It feels so amazing to finally share it with the world. It was so amazing to dance to it at Vividcon, wearing my Soulless Golem T-shirt.

oh my god, oh my GOD I DID NOT KNOW I NEEDED THIS UNTIL IT APPEARED. THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT. THANK YOU. It made me laugh and it made me cry and even though I only recognised a fraction of the fandoms it made me flail with glee every time I glimpsed someone I recognised, I did keep wondering - where is Willow?? and then she ENDED the vid and it was PERFECT and I LOVE EVERYONE IN THIS BAR (MITZVAH). I will be watching this a MILLION TIMES. Also, if you do ever want to post your thousands of words of thoughts, I would ABSOLUTELY DEFINITELY want to read them.

I have written 8000 words of notes so far and I've only discussed my feels about 40 of the fandoms in the vid. I HAVE FEELS ABOUT ALL OF THE FANDOMS IN THIS VID. There are a lot of words still to write.

lol, I was enthusing about this vid to my housemate, and realised that having thousands and thousands of words of commentary on a 4 minute vid is THE MOST JEWISH THING EVER. Then she pointed out that, no, actually, the most Jewish thing ever would be if you wrote thousands and thousands of words of commentary, and then the rest of us wrote thousands more words of commentary ON your commentary, discussing the meaning of every word. :-)

Oh my goodness, that was a wonderful read. Thank you so much for letting me know you'd posted it! There was so much in that that I didn't know, especially about the history of mixed dancing in Orthodoxy Judaism. Would it be ok if I linked to it on Twitter?
