Sep. 22nd, 2022 11:51 amI skipped the last few rounds because of Hunt/recovery from Hunt, mostly, but I've signed up again for the Boswords fall crossword league, and am mentioning it in case anyone else is interested. It starts next week with the warmup, and the first 'official' puzzle will be the week after.

Important facts:
- Officially synchronized solving is Monday nights (Boston time) in October and November, but you don't need to participate then to be scored... you have until Sunday to solve the week's puzzle at any time that's convenient. I was pretty consistent about going to the Mondays the last time I did this, but I expect to be more flexible this time around.
- There are three levels of cluing difficulty, so if you don't feel up to the hardest clues you can still participate and compete at your level. I've always signed up at the hardest level and done badly, I'm giving some thought to dropping down a level to see if it's more fun. (But I like pushing myself so probably will stay at the hardest level.)
- Looking at the list of constructors, there promise to be some pretty great puzzles here.
