I think instead I will invite them to join me at a bar over a beer to talk about Judaism and science. I am in a place right now where I don't have all the answers, but I think that might be the more productive way to advance the conversation.
In the last year, as my religious inclinations and practice have increased, I have been less and less inclined to discuss religion with nonbelievers. I hope I get a chance to talk with you about Judaism and science someday.
