Please, before it's too late, make a The Order movie starring Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper/Hera, with an RDJ cameo as Tony. Because Hera is awesome, and Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper is awesome, and it lets you tell an Avengers-type story without the massive investment in personnel required for an Avengers movie. Though if they did want to invest in top tier talent, Tom Cruise as fake!Tony-I-mean-Henry would be great.
Though I have mixed feelings about the end of issue 10. I mean, it's not like Hera is giving up on being a hero because she's not strong enough for it. It's almost that, but it's not quite, because she goes back to Stark Industries and doing basically the same job of being the super-competent support staff for Tony that she did for the Order. Her new job is going to be incredibly challenging and hero-requiring, though in a less flashy fashion. It's really more that she's rejecting family than rejecting responsibility. She's retreating to a world where she'll only be hurt if a tiny handful of people she cares for get hurt, rather than a world where she'll be hurt if a larger handful of people she cares for get hurt. And that's a funny distinction, but in a Tony Stark context it makes perfect sense, because that's exactly what Tony Stark does, all the time, constantly retreating between trying to save the whole world and giving up on saving the world and focusing monomaniacally on self-care. Pepper's choice isn't disempowering, it's just further proof that she and Tony are basically the same person.
