Right! That's part of what I'm talking around -- you can find women writing terrible women earlier, but it's more a task of digging to find it, hence the ways that we've had to subvert & willfully misread text to find more of what we want. Whereas now we're starting to see more female creators with large platforms in pop culture getting to write what they want to write without pigeonholing & thus are seeing more of women writing women in all kinds of ways.
