Summary:
I've been joking about making a multifandom biking vid to Queen's "Bicycle Race" for a couple years, but this summer I got a kick start and rapidly put it together. I think I got 60 fandoms on the timeline in a week and a half, because it turns out that sourcing bikes in media is a lot easier than sourcing Jews dancing.
This vid is in no way exhaustive, there are so many bikes in media. Also, there are a few other vids to "Bicycle Race" on youtube, the difference is that the others do some more literal lyric matching and therefore aren't wall to wall bicycles the way mine is. I kind of just wanted to overwhelm the viewer with bicycles, there isn't a more sophisticated thesis than that here. But watching this vid psychs me up to go biking, it gets me excited and that's all I was trying to do.
