Huh... I downloaded from the link myself and the file was just fine for me.
Suggestions:
1. Try downloading again, maybe the download got corrupted. 2. Try a different program for unzipping. Maybe WinRAR: http://www.rarlab.com/ or WinZip http://winzip.com/win/en/index.htm 3. If neither of those works, let me know and I'll try to figure out a different place to upload it to.
