vidukon_cardiff starts this Friday. I'm taking off some of the day from work to participate virtually.

I did not manage to make a premiere. I've been stuck on a few MCU projects for the past few months and didn't have anything finished in time.

I assembled a vidshow about sports vids that will be playing Friday afternoon at the con (Friday morning my time). I'm pretty pleased with it, it's a nice balance of sports and narratives about sports, and it includes an awesome premiere vid from

dirty_diana.

I'm also co-modding a panel on vidding narrative with

januarium. I'm excited, but also really nervous about the tech of a hybrid in-person/ on-line panel.

And I am looking forward to seeing the premieres show and doing the group vidding workshop on Honolulu time and hanging out with vidders again!

and on Sunday after the con winds down I'll head down to Princeton and go see Scalia/Ginsburg at the Princeton Festival!
