Yeah, Vagabond Tours was a blast, and a great break from thinking about puzzles. My favorite part may have been the random MBTA worker who insisted on being part of one of our photos. Or when one of our twelve year olds took the photo of the cranes from the floor beneath them.

Your testsolve experience on FtM roughly matches ours, except that different people realized a)the missing lyrics started with solfege notes, b)there were sight/touch words and blind performers throughout, c)that we could plot the solfege notes on a staff to get braille, and d)that the extraction clue was hinting ORATORIO. (We had a couple letters wrong in the extraction, so we had MESSIAHOFGFHBSOME, which we translated to MESSIAH OF GFH 2SOME and then to MESSIAH OF GFH TO SOME to squint our way to the final answer) It's always nice when that many people contribute meaningfully to a puzzle solution.
