Re: Just put _Kings_ on hold at the library

Read the first 100 pages, and I disliked it so much I'm returning it to the library. :-( Characters are indistinguishable from one another and have no discernible motivations; style is awful. Glad I gave it a shot, but even if it gets better after 300 pages I'm not going to make that slog.
