I think in re homosexuality, it might be better if you talk about an issur on male/male sex, rather than "homosexuality". Because it's not forbidden to be gay, because that isn't a concept that really exists in rabbinic thought. Whereas modern readers who haven't spent lots of time thinking about this are going to see the word homosexuality and get the connotations of sexual orientation / identity. (Also, yes, in practical terms it's implausible to have sex with a man b'shogeg, but you've covered that issue.)
